Occupational First Aid Training for Industry & Workplaces

Training overview

This three-day programme is designed for industrial employees, factory workers, supervisors, safety personnel, warehouse staff, corporate employees and designated workplace first aiders.

Workplaces can involve different hazards depending on the nature of operations. The training focuses on recognizing workplace risks, preventing avoidable accidents and responding appropriately when an injury or medical emergency occurs.

The programme covers workplace safety, hazard awareness, accident prevention, emergency preparedness, first aid principles, bleeding and wound management, burns and scalds, electrical injuries, fractures, sprains and strains, shock, fainting, unconsciousness, choking, breathing emergencies, CPR, AED awareness, emergency evacuation, safe handling of injured persons and first aid equipment.

Participants are also introduced to emergency communication and the importance of coordinating with ambulance and professional medical services. The training can be customized according to workplace operations and hazards.
